Under certain conditions, they almost certainly do.
A waterproof coat will be perfect as Cavapoos with their curly thicker coats can quickly get soaked if you take them out when it is snowing or raining.
The added benefit is that if they wear a waterproof coat then you will not need to spend a lot of time drying them off after their walk.
